- 30-day notice is a notice, which terminates the month to month rental tenancy of a tenant. Essentially, the landlord is given tenants a 30-day notice to vacate the rental premises and find a new place. If the tenants do not move out within this 30-day period, then the Landlord may begin the eviction process in Will County.
